Front House

Bepoz Front of House is a fully customisable hospitality POS software. Tailor the screen layout to your specific and unique requirements, add your most used function buttons to make it intuitive, quick and easy to use and at the same time, minimise the time spent on having to train new staff.

Advanced features to streamline front-of-house management processes

SCREEN DISPLAY

Images, text or a combination of both can be displayed on the keyboard template, making it simple for staff to use and for faster service. In a typical bar, around 75%-85% of sales come from bulk heavy, mid-strength & light beers, spirits dispensed by electronic dispensers, glasses of wine and Post Mix products. This means that staff can record 75-85% of your sales without changing tabs on the touch screen.

LOGGING ON

With our POS software, staff can log onto the till by a staff number, a magnetic stripe card (MCR) or an RFID wristband to a proximity sensor. Bepoz also supports multiple cash drawers for tighter cash control. Staff can be allocated a specific cash drawer, that only opens when they log on with any of the above methods. The system then keeps track of each operator’s log-on/off time, the number of customers served, average customer spending and the category of drink sold.

BAR TABS

Bepoz POS software system supports a very flexible bar tab function accessed either by a button on the screen or a Magnetic swipe (MCR) card. Multiple tabs can be run on the same till with limits set so the operator will be warned when each tab limit has been reached. The limit can then be increased or overridden by the manager.

PAYMENTS

The POS till systems are programmed to accept whatever payments the venue operates. Vouchers or tokens are valid forms of payment that are fully accountable within Bepoz point of sale. A Split Payment function is available for group orders, which allows each guest to pay individually for only the items they have ordered, or split by the number of people.

CASHIER/END OF SHIFT REPORTING

Individual shift or staff reports by cash drawer are available for print at the POS till. These generally are detailed payment balancing totals, the number of customers served, average customer and much more. These balancing reports can also provide data for daily, weekly, monthly and year-to-date periods.
